    4. Module 4 : Principle 3 - Establish critical limits & 

                     Principle 4 - Establish a system to monitor CCP

    1. Module 5 : Principle 5 - Establish the corrective action & 

                      Principle 6 - Establish procedure for verification

    1. Module 6 : Principle 7 - Establish record and documentation &

                                 Requirements of MS1480 HACCP / Codex General Principles of Food Hygiene
