Halal Edutourism
The Halal Edutourism programme aims to immerse participants in various aspects of the halal industry through direct visits and hands-on experiences.
The first Halal Edutourism Trip was organised in conjunction with the Persidangan Kebangsaan Eksekutif Halal 2024 (PEH24).
The Halal Edutourism programme is designed to offer an enriching, hands-on learning experience centred around halal practices.
It aims to educate participants on the importance of halal compliance in various industries and provide them with practical exposure to real-world halal operations.

- Explore factory operations at a globally recognized halal-certified food manufacturer.

2. Visit to Makmal Halal (MyHAC), JAKIM
- Tour Malaysia’s official halal testing laboratory under JAKIM.
- Witness scientific methods used to analyze and verify halal integrity.
- Gain insights into JAKIM’s role in ensuring the authenticity of halal certification.
3. Visit to Delima Emas Sdn Bhd
- Discover halal operations at a local SME in the food manufacturing sector.
- Learn about halal logistics, packaging, and supply chain management.
- Observe best practices in SME-level halal compliance and standards.
4. Interactive Q&A with Halal Experts
- Engage directly with JAKIM officers and industry professionals.
- Ask questions about halal certification, procedures, and industry trends.
